Last year he was 6'5 340lbs. I put him on a strict diet and a workout regimen. I had him lifting and running Oline drills.
He got down to 315lbs. I would say he is about 305 now. He is listed 315. He is getting recruited by small colleges right now based on his size alone. This is happening even though he never played a game until 2 weeks ago. He was always too large and had no "Knee bend" and no athletecism. Basically he couldn't move much. 2 weeks ago he played against a recruit from Michigan a DT and he graded out well and basically dominated the guy all game. Terry Talbott is his name. Since he has done so well the first 2 games they want him to try LT.

hey battey, wont be able to watch the game since i am new york, but here is some advice from someone that was that same size in high school. he needs to keep working on his footwork (it can always get better), if princeton is a passing team footwork is going to be vital. keep bending knees, a little saying nose over toes works very well. just keep reminding him to keep his feet moving, when his feet quit moving he will be easier to get by. hopes that helps a little and tell him the most important thing, have fun because when its not fun anymore its time to quit playing.

You can watch it in New York. If you have Directv and the "sports pack" which gives you Foxsports channels from all over the country then you can watch the game.I am in Rhode Island and I will be watching. thanks for the advice though.
