Default Eric Decker WR Minnesota

http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/player...layerId=176126

Season ending injury, decent speed, good size, runs good routes, hard worker, intelligent...how about taking a chance on this guy in round 4 or 5?

I don't think Decker will make it out of 3 even with the surgery. He isn't a blazer but if he can work out before the draft and runs in the low 4.5 range, I think someone will take a chance on him in 2 or 3; and they'll come away happy; the guy is an excellent receiver, could end up being the labeled the best hands in the draft.

That all said, I don't think we'll take a WR in the upcoming draft, unless it is a late round flier. Chad, Coles, Caldwell, Simpson are all here for while and if Henry resigns then WR won't be a need at all.

I would take him as high as 3 comp for sure, and maybe 3. Nice big WR to compliment the speed we have now.

I wouldn't take him. We have other needs to worry about at this juncture. However, he'll easily get some looks in the third by teams needing large, physical WR's.

Yeah.. Would you burn a 7th rounder on C.J. Spiller too? This kid's easily a top three round pick.

Decker is going to be drafted in the early rounds so I doubt we go after him. I would rather we go after someone like Terrance Toliver out of LSU, big, physical, fast receiver who has a terrible QB throwing to him so he doesn't put up amazing stats.
