My Houshmandzadeh for his Larry Johnson.
Thoughts? The rest of my team: Romo/Rivers Peterson(Min)/Jones(Det)/Bush/Keith(Ind) Holt/Housh/Edwards(Cle)/Johnson(Inj, Houston)/Branch(Inj, Sea)/Chambers(SD) Gates/Miller(Pit) Steelers/Bears Kicks dont count. Thanks. |

I don't think I could pull the trigger on that trade. I don't think LJ significantly upgrades your running back position. Sure, he has the ability to put up dominating numbers, but I don't see him getting the help he needs from the O-line nor the passing game in KC.
TJ, health permitting, will be part of an explosive offense the rest of the year and against a relatively easier schedule. That offense could be even more effective with the return of Chris Henry and maybe even Chris Perry and Rudi Johnson. TJ will always get his chances, though. Not sure how many receivers you start, but I'm assuming 2. Edwards is an every week lock now as is TJ. There's noone else at that position you can say that about right now. Holt is wasting away in STL. Johnson could be if he were to get healthy and Chambers' situation in SD makes him a very interesting play down the stretch. Branch is a non-factor since he wasn't doing much when he was healthy. So, right now, I think you ride out Edwards and TJ at receiver at least until someone else steps up.
