I didn't catch the whole game but saw the end and from what I saw it looked like a knock em down dogfight for first place in the AFC North just watching those two play that's how we should be as a team but alas we're not and I congradulate you guys on the win.

Ben played awful... he played great at the end but for the majority of the game he just ****** it up. The defense won the game.

This thread is a result of staying up late to watch a very good game, getting hammered while doing so, and a message board. It wouldn't matter if we had no Ravens fans on here, this thread would still exist.

Good game. We all knew it would come down to 3 points, I was hoping it would be in our favor. Blown calls on both sides of the ball, so I'm not going to be upset with that no call on the holding on Boldin on the last play. Hopefully Heath is ok, never good to see someone get hurt that bad.

The only thing (besides the loss) that I'm upset about is everyone going to say the Ravens can't beat Ben. Ben had nothing to do with that win. It was all Troy making a play when they desperately needed one. Ben almost blew it with that short pass on 3rd. Moore made the play by breaking those weak *** tackles.

I'm not too upset with Joe, I just wish they kept the passing attack as fierce as it was in the first half. They'll never advance if they only play one half offensively every game.

On the plus side, the Ravens D has made the world a slightly safer place for young women. From the looks of Ben's nose, he'll he whistling while he breathes for quite some time now. Almost like a human rape whistle.

You mean Redman? That's who got into the endzone, not Moore.

As for the last paragraph, overall, the passing attack from Baltimore wasn't that great. They found the hole in Bryant McFadden, and the secondary gave up a couple big plays that they shouldn't have. Without those big plays, though, the Ravens offense was not all that impressive.

it was certainly a tough fought battle.

Yea, Redman. I wasn't paying attention to names at that point, just yelling at Landry for that lame attempt at a tackle and still being ****** at Suggs for not going for the sack when he had it.

You are right because obviously Ben did nothing. He didnt juke an untouched blitzer to turn what should have been a sack into a pass to the 2 yard line. He also didnt make one hell of an effort to get away from Suggs and avoid a sack and loss of yards on that last drive. I would agree with your post as it would pertain to the first half, but he turned it up when needed in the 2nd. McFadden helped your team out more than anyone, and Suggs was a beast. These are by far my 2 favorite games of the season to watch. The Ravens can beat Ben, 2 out of every 10 games apparently.

Ben couldn't get them into the endzone until the D out them on the 10 yard line with 4 minutes left. And Suggs was going for the strip, not the sack. You can give Ben credit for pushing him off the ball long enough to throw it away but Suggs was not attempting to sack him on that play.
