Default Set for the #2 Pick?

Carolina is currently 1-12
Bengals are 2-11.

Can we all consider the #2 pick a lock at this point?

No. You can never count out a meaningless win at the end of the year for the Bengals.

I would say that the top 5 is a lock, but beyond that - who knows?

This week is our last chance to win and I bet we do just because the Bengals win meaningless games at the end of the year all the time.

Panthers have Arizona up next, i wouldn't rule out the first pick just yet.

Hopefully we'll trade the pick to a team that knows how to use it. We should not be allowed to draft in the first half of the first round.

The Bengals beat the Panthers as well; I am not positive. But that would have to be a tie breaker if they end up with same record.

The Panthers are horrible; do not see them getting a win.

Arizona just played there best game of the year, than after that Carolina plays at Pitt and at Atlanta.

Atlanta might be all clinch at that point but I think even their backups would beat the Panthers.

I hope the Bengals lose out.

And than trade the number 2 pick; for multiple picks.

Bingo. Win a couple of meaningless game and then carry the "momentum" into next season.
