Default If he next OC comes from WITHIN the team, who deserves a shot?
Personally, I hope we land a big fish like B Schotty, but just posing a question for kicks.

I don't know enough about the street cred of most of our guys, but I know Paul Alexander is already the "asst. HC," and O-line. I think he could keep the Asst. HC title, but step up into the more active role of OC and we can hire a stand-alone O-line guy, which is an area we need help in anyway.

Well I wouldn't be too happy if we promoted from within, but if we go that route then I'd say Zampese.

O.K.........I got this! He's been with the team since 1984 with NO and I say again, No promotion! Jim Anderson RB coach. You want to be a run oriented team, who better to be the man to head the movement!

Alexander really hasn't done a very good job in my opinion. I would just as soon see him gone for someone with a philosophy of a more athletic line instead of bigger is better attitude. I actually would not mind the QB coach even tho he gets a bad rap. I would like to see a little continuity with the Palmer

Good point if we're gonna keep CPalm, Zampese would give us that continuity. I'll get on board for that.

Although the RB coach is a good idea too. He's turned out quite a lot of good running seasons for us with every staff

I'd go Zampese too. I believe his offensive style is the Norv Turner/ Mike Martz O's. Plus, it would give use two coordinators with last names that start with Z.
