Twitter says he's been puking blue monsters all morning, but he's been able to keep a few dots down.

I hope he gets healthy soon, because I think he changes the complexion of the defense if he is out there and able to perform. The combination of Nelson having another year, Clements and Crocker's veteran savvy, and Hall's ability really help the loss of JoJo. A healthy Adam Jones will do a lot for the defense.

Seriously, I've been really happy with how Clements has played. And in Pacman and we have a trio of nasty DBs again.

But, Clements is a definite downgrade from JJ and I think the neck issue will be a longterm troubling problem we see from PacMan. I hope not. I think he is a big help as a #3 guy

Not only does he bring a huge upgrade to the secondary, but a healthy Pacman boosts our punt return game too. I really hope he gets healthy soon!

I think I heard something that his neck brace would be coming off around the end of the preseason, and that he could be ready to go week 1. I sure hope he is ready....this secondary really needs Mr. Jones for Nickel and other 3 corner sets.

I had read that he could miss the first couple weeks of the season about a month back, but then, not too long after that, he said he'd be ready to go week 1.

We need him BAD. Am I the only one that might want him to actually start over Clements, if he looks anywhere near what he did before getting hurt? Would Mike allow a newly acquired FA to sit the pine in favor of a lower paid player?

Let me the first to say I was 100% wrong on Pacman Jones last year. I'll eat crow. I hated the signing as much as I hated the Matt Jones signing. I made all the Pro's vs Joe's jokes. (Pacman did get worked a little on there) and brought up his play in Dallas. But he turned out to me a gamer. That strip against Atlanta was the play of the season. Hands down, without doubt, most impressive pay of the year. I knew the guy had tons of talent, wasn't sure how much was left, but i didn't expect to have that much heart.

If he misses times this year, this team takes another step back. The drop-off from Pacman Jones to Brandon Ghee is like the drop-off from AJ Green to Andre Caldwell. (Nowhere near the talent.)

I too was impressed w/ Jones' play last season. He had something to prove, and an axe to grind. However, didn't he get into some trouble downtown in the offseason?

I completely co sign on that

Also, i'm tired of all these "wait and react" players. i want players that force there will on the person their defending. Players like pacman and rey are attack players that can make a play at anytime. much rather have a healthy pacman on the field then nate c.

Has the league decided if they would suspend players who got into trouble during the lock out like Hines Ward, White, Pac Man.....
