Default Benson flicks off Bengals side-line

Did anyone else see Benson give the bench the bird during the second quarter of the game today?

It was after a play on offense and he kind of waived to the bench like he didnt want to be taken out and waived someone to go back to the sideline and then he flicked someone off on the sideline. It was incredible. Not sure what that was all about. Did anyone else notice it?

Selfish. I like that he wants to play but you have to play your own role, not somebody elses.

I saw it. Not really sure what was going on there or if it was actually him sticking up his middle finger. The camera was on just him so it was tough to know the context of what he was doing with his hands...looked like he was pointing to something.

I wondered what people would find to hate on Ced this week for.

If it is true then he may be seeing the end of his time. Scott did a great job today himself.

Not really, if the coaches feel that they have a better chance to convert with a certain guy but cant put him in because this idiot wont come out of the game, not a great attitude, more likely a selfish attitude.

I think most Rb are selfish, sorta fits their profile. If they arent then they wont be in the league long. If it motivates him and he averages 3.9 ypc like he did today, then I can handle a bird or two. And on another note, we dont know the context of the gesture, it might not of even been negative, odds are that it was.

B.Scott had a nice run early in the game. The 1st person to be all smiles and congratulate B.Scott on the sidelines was Ced. Did anybody see that?

We are definitely gonna disagree on this one. I want a whole team of players that want to put it on their own back and run with it...it is a great attitude...staying within their role is where discipline comes in.

I did that was good to see, I don't even remotely agree with what this guy said, there is no way we see the end of Ceds time after this, although Ced may be seeing the an end to alot of money this week.

Although I have and will be(unless there's a dramatic change) in favor of the off season move of improving the RB position and moving away from Ced if we get the chance.

I saw him motion as if he wanted to come out, then point to the sideline that he didn't want to come out. Didn't see the "finger" in question come up though.

Lets not forget though, playing within your role is a critical aspect to winning football games. Who here can honestly say they'd rather have Ced in on a 3rd in long over Brian Leonard?

I understand that but say its a third down and we want Leonard in the game yet Ced wont come out, those kind of things can hurt a young team trying to keep drives alive.

I do understand what your saying though.

I saw it, but it wasn't his middle finger; I thought so too at first, but then he pointed without changing fingers, and it was his index.

All I saw was Benson have a decent game. Nobody seems to be certain if they saw Benson give the middle finger or not, so it should be a dead topic.

Im about 95% sure it was his middle finger. We rewound the game multiple times to check and make sure. Ced had a great game. Im hot hating on him. I was just curious if anyone else saw the finger incident.

If he legitimately did that, its not searching, he's just a diva.ced played well, but don't kiss his ad, runningbacks are short-lived so don't fall in love

I know what you mean; immediately though, he pointed to the bench, and it was his index finger...

My guess that if it WAS his middle finger, he was smiling (which we couldn't see), and it was just a jokey-thing with someone on the bench.

I do it all the time lol

No doubt it was his index finger to start with. It probably was just a joke.
