Default I miss Shipley

Just had to say that, i keep forgetting that we even have him on our team.

He would be explosive right now. Man do I miss him. Hope his recovery is going well.

I haven't forgotten him. I collect his cards. Imagine the damage he would do to defenses.

"Green? Shipley? Hawkins? Gresham? Who do we cover?"

I remember putting my face in my palm as soon as he got injured, casue I thought "damn is this just our luck". Shipley alongside Green and Gresham... thats a solid trinity of players right there. I really do think Shipley can bring so much to this team, but injuries have stopped him really taking off so far.

It ***** he got hurt but it made us realize what we have with Hawkins. Hawkins would probably still be on the PS right now if Shipley was here. It only will make us that much better next year.

No matter what happens this season, I can't help but get excited about next year already when we get to throw Green, Simpson, Gresham, Shipley, Hawkins, and Caldwell (who COULD end up the odd man out) at the rest of the league. Especially factoring in that Dalton will have all of training camp and OTA's to really get to know and work with these guys. I like our future.

I'd cut one of our receivers but we definitely have some great possession receivers. Perfect for a growing QB. Shipley has great hands, as does Green/Gresham and Baby Hawk. I think you keep Simpson and let go Caldwell, personally. So you receivers would be.

WR

1 - Green
2 - Simpson
3 - Shipley
4 - Andrew 'Baby' Hawk
5 - Brandon Tate

TE

1 - Gresham
2 - Lee

I miss the dude too. I say we also pick up his brother when he is available. Dalton could just throw the ball to the two of them all day and have a 100% completion percentage.

I'd say Andy misses him too......I bet we'd be a different looking team right about now. Probably would have won a couple of those near misses too. Hurry back Ship!

Yes sir !

A healthy Shipley could very well be the straw that breaks the Steelers and Ravens backs next year.

why on god's green earth would u keep tate? Although caldwell has been inconsistant he is still better than tate @ wr and can line up @ any wr spot in a pinch. Shipley is a better pr and scott is a better kr. Not to mention that baby hawk could return both kicks and punts and probably be as effective as sproles as they have similar size and skill sets.

I think we can have a dynamic offense next season if the OG situation is improved. I can't wait!

Are 5 good WRs enough? We started the year and had Shipley go on IR right away, and now when Green gets dinged up I feel like we're short...
